Its a slow work ~~day~~ ~~week~~ month so I thought I would post a little update.

The Purple and Dark Green copies of Swiss Army Bro-mance are still available. The Pink pressing has been sold out for a while, so that is the only copy you should try to buy off eBay.

The band just finished a short Japanese tour and started their Australian tour. I am personally hoping that they begin the record writing process shortly after they return to the states. I am starving for some new music.

I will be fixing the media section tonight. Hurray! I will most likely make it look prettier and possibly add a download. I just am not sure what I am going to add yet. So yeah.

Edit 2: The color is maybe be dark green. It is possible the who ever was looking at the records when they posted them on the DC store was looking at them in the dark, and they looked black. I don't really know. A source from Epitaph had said it was to be dark green. The DC store says black. I will let the world know when I get my copy. I hope it turns out to be picture disc with my face on it.

I've been with my girlfriend for 5 years, and I've heard people talk shit about our relationship, and I've told them off. So I get where Max is coming from, but, he should have just left it at the fucking tweet. Seriously. Dude, okay we get it. You're pissed about what another person wrote. It's not like he said, "Sherri you twat, you broke my heart and did nothing but make me miserable." He said, "I keep thinking 'bout her, how she hated, everything about me..." This could have been about any single chick he's dated. I understand that you feel your wife is perfect and that she could "do no wrong." But let's face it, this had nothing to do with Chad to begin with, it was about you and your wanting to make a big deal out of nothing. Have fun in the lime light, I hope this is all worth it for you in the end.

I just posted Chad's response to everyone giving him a hard time about the content of his songs. I decided that I have to say something about Say Anything front man Max's novel of a response. I have never read something more whiny, trite, and self indulgent in my life. I wonder if he realizes what a hypocrite he is. It gave me a migraine headache reading the rubish. I am married, and I completely understand getting upset if someone says something bad about your wife. But Come On! Maybe all the women Max has written angry songs about should have their husbands or boyfriends or significant others write 5 page essays on why Max Bemis is a douche bag. Just make sure you keep saying that Max isn't the reason why you are writing it. That's what Max would do, and apparently that makes it OK. I'm gonna end my opinion here. I don't want to end up in Max Bemis land. What a dick.

P.S. Say Anything is mediocre at best.

This post is just to clean the air. Yesterday I released 3 solo songs on my new blog/music website. One of them called "Thinkin bout her" is a silly exaggerated love song about my past relationships. I want to stress the word "relationshipSSSSS". The other member of my band even wrote some of the words to this song. It was just a fun song singing about learning self confidence and celebrating it. In no way was it geared as an attack to any one person or to anyone at all. It was just a song. The people that have been hating on it and writing mega long posts have put a name to the song. Not I. You can write about anything in songs. Cannibal Corpse sing about eating people. The Decemberists sing about being stuck in the belly of a whale. I wrote a song about past LoveSSSSSS. A very common topic in songs. I never said it was about one person in particular. I haven't and still won't air dirty laundry and lash out to anyone. Life is too short and fragile, which I was recently reminded of after having a tumor removed from my neck a month ago.

I have been receiving amazing support from so many artists and fellow musicians and fans. This was blown way out of proportion for no reason. I feel sad for all parties involved. People jumped the gun and need to be happier in life.

I have been slacking big time. Sorry.

January 26th was the release of the Self Titled 10th Anniversary edition. Go pick it up if you haven't yet. Even if you have picked it up already, go out and get another copy. I bought the bonus tracks on iTunes, but I will be picking it up sometime this week.

The tour has started. I am really excited. I will be at the March 6th show in Nebraska. I am excited to pick up the Rubiks Cube on this tour.

For those of you that want to get your hands on the Swiss Army Bromance 7" that the guys have been talking about for a while now, I have the information you need. The second round of Haiti relief auctions at www.limitedpressing.com closed tonight. I picked us a Tip of the Iceberg test press and the HPxHC friend press. A final round of auctions starts tomorrow night. I am not sure if any NFG or ISHC vinyl will be on the final round. Epitaph is one of the contributors for the final auctions, so there is pretty good chance.

One final note. Chad got a clean bill of health after his surgery to remove part of his thyroid last week. He has missed the first few shows of the tour, but he should be rejoining the rest of the band this week.

Dearest NFG Family, Friends, and Fans…

Two weeks ago when I went to the Doctor with pneumonia.. they found some nodules in my thyroid , and one of them is a little bigger then a quarter. They did a biopsy and the report came back that there are some suspicious cells in the cyst. So due to the size and to be safe, Today at 2:45 I am having surgery and getting half of my thyroid removed. Immediately after removing it they will observe it and see if it looks like a cancer. If they find anything they will remove the rest of my thyroid. The odds are in my favor for it to be nothing which keeps me positive going in… I am only planning on missing the first three shows of this tour, and my good friend Anthony Raneri from the band BAYSIDE will be filling in for me until i make it back out. Thanks again for all the love and support and I hope to see you all super soon.

I know I have been slacking. Winter is just depressing. Anyway

Well, the tour is going to start soon. I will be going to the Nebraska show. It should be fun. They will be selling some cool merch on this tour. An NFG Self Titled Rubiks Cube the star of the show, or atleast I think so.

In other news, Ian donated some NFG test pressings to be sold for Haiti relief. Go check em out at Limited Pressing. There is only 1 day and some change left over before the autions end. So hurry up and donate some money.

The DC/NFG split 7" should be up next week. Just in time for my B-day and the reissue of Self Titled. Cool.

It was a crazy night of sharing mics, jumping up and down, moshing, stage diving, and having a good time. I talked to Jordan and Steve earlier (the whole interview will be posted next week) and here are some things I wanted to share:

S/T re-release will come with new packaging, liner notes, The Story So Far DVD, and 6-7 bonus songs of demos and b-sides from that era

The Anniversary Tour will begin in January (?) and it will be a month and a half long tour. Saves The Day is on this tour as well as two others bands that still need to be confirmed. Steve also said they will be playing the ENTIRE S/T record at these shows as well as a few extra goodies and songs.

Steve mentioned they will be working on something special for the upcoming anniversary tour in place of the recently-canceled Dashboard tour, I believe he said this would be announced on Monday.

There are no immediate plans for another covers record, sounded like From The Screen To Your Stereo Part 2 will be the last.

They will be touring from January 2010 till the end of summer 2010, including touring in Europe, Australia, Japan, etc. After the summer they will take a few weeks off to regroup and then begin to track and record songs for their next album.

That's all I can remember from the top of my head, it was a pretty good interview and it'll be transcribed and posted within the week. If NFG is coming to your town, you must go because it will be the best show you see all year

Also. I noticed that the NFG twitters were reppin' Weird Al big time yesterday. I am a HUGE weird all fan. I am not ashamed to admit it. Huge fan. UHF is my favorite movie. No lie. I spent 60 dollars on a sealed VHS cassette of UHF. anyway. Feel free to make fun of me.

Brentlee and I, along with our significant others and a sister-in-law made the 3.5 hour trek from south-central Minnesota to the city of Des Moines, Iowa to attend the show at The People's Court last night. It was a pretty damn good time. Our boys in NFG definitely delivered, playing 21 and 1/2 songs, most of them being played by request. In other news.... I was scoping out the forums over at NewFoundGloryStuff.com and found this interview that xChadballx did with Marvel Comics.

At last nights show in IA, Chad talked about the tour with Saves The Day coming up next year. He said that it will be happening in February and March. He also revealed that they will be playing straight through all of Self Titled on this tour. Awesome. This is in addition to news from the Milwaukee show where they announced a 10th anniversary reissuing of Self Titled with 7 new tracks.

Chad also said that since the DC tour is cancelled he will be at home for the next few months on Xbox live. So go check him out on there.

Also, last nights show in Iowa was another all request show. It was great. I didn't get the set list written down. Hopefully someone posts it on setlist.com.

In the wake of this news, NFG announce that early next year they will be going on the road with Saves the Day on a Self Titled 10th Anniversary Tour.

Who thinks they should play every song on self titled at these shows. It would be awesome. I will keep my fingers crossed for that. No dates for this tour have been announce yet, however Chad did tweet that dates will be announce soon.

P.S. Going to the IA show today at People's Court. It is gonna be awesome. I have never been there, but I did use Google street view so I feel like I have already been there today. If you are gonna be there too, wave at the guy that looks like he is from MN. That will most likely not be me. Ha! Gotcha.

Hot Damn. I know all of you that are going to the headlining shows and couldn't go to the Dashboard shows were really upset about having to buy the NFG/DC split vinyl on ebay for way to much money. (Its always worth it though). Anyway, The headlining tour gets a little something special to make up for it.

According to Chad. 666 of the Blue were pressed and 1334 of the Orange were pressed,and from the pics its obviously it has "Dont't Let Her Pull You Down" on the A side and "I'm the Fool" on the B side. Looks like Reidzor and I will have to storm Iowa and get as many copies as possible. Then go to Minnesota and buy twice as many copies. Then sell them on ebay to afford the DC tour split in all colors. Being a NFG fan is a lot of work. I am already sweating, and its 40 degrees outside today in MN. I'm hoping some extra DC tour splits show up on NFGstuff. It happened last time. I've got my fingers crossed.

Hey there kids. It's been forever since I posted on here last. My bad. Anyway, enough about me, and onto the good stuff. Brentlee posted the other day that NFG had announced their upcoming tour with Dashboard Confessional. Sounds like a good show to me, however, if you're one of the few (or many) who are not exactly ready to shell out cash for a show that involves Dashboard, you're in luck! Chad just confirmed via Tweet that our boys will be headlining a short tour of smaller venues leading up to the Dashboard tour. Make sure to check out the NFG Myspace to confirm tour dates in your area. Also in tribute to Patrick Swazyze NFG have posted their "Hungry Eyes" cover on their myspace as well. Check it out. I finally got a chance to listen to the new Set Your Goals record. All I can say is that if you don't like to be rocked until your head explodes and you cry with joy, you better not get this album. Its awesome. Chads guest vocals on the track Our Ethos: A Legacy to Pass On are really good. His girlfried also has a guest stop on the album and does a kickass job. Go out and buy this album, borrow it, or download it. It just needs to be heard.

Also. I just went and saw Harry Potter and the Half Ass Movie last night. I love the books, and I also agree with Captain SxE that Harry Potter is HxC. Thw movie was the worst one so far. thats all I am sayin.

I haven't updated in a while. Sorry. Apartment Fiasco 2009. Good news is that on July 11 I move into a new place. Bad news is that until then my wife and I are stuck staying at my parents house. Ahh.

So. the guys are back in the states, and I got the 2 mystery boxes I ordered today. They were awesome. I got really excited at one point during the unpacking process when i saw to sleeves for the nfg/sh split, but it was just extra sleeves with no vinyl in them. Still awesome. I am sharing with reidzor.

Hopefully now that the boys are back in town, we will here some news about when and where they will be touring. I can't wait to see them again. This last show in MN was so incredible. Awesome.

Brentlee and I went to the NFG show at the Myth last night. It kicked butt! Fireworks was not what we had hoped for, but everything else was kosher. NFG put on an amazing show. Chad yelled at some kids about not fighting, Jordan talked about White Bear Lake and their famous Bloody Mary's, and Cyrus looked extra thin, as did Ian.... except with a tattooed belly. Sleave had a beard. Their perfomance was one to be reckoned with, and will go down in our books as the best concert we've been to yet. This was their first show at The Myth, hopefully not their last. If they play the Myth again, I will personally buy Chad a grilled-cheese sandwich and pickle-juice at the Denny's right behind the club. Also as luck would have it, Brentlee and I had the opportunity to sing part of "Dressed to Kill" with Jordan. We both pee'd our pants slightly.

Coming Home was a departure from your earlier sound. What made you go back to your roots with “Not Without A Fight”?

Well, I think every New Found Glory record, we try to capture a time period in our lives. And, I think, when we were recording “Coming Home”, I think, we were going through different things in our lives. Like, we wanted to do a more positive record, because a lot of us were getting married, and, a lot of positive things were going on in our lives. So, I think those songs came out for “Coming Home”. We don’t really sit down and say “This is the way a record is going to sound.” We just kind of sit down, write songs, and, however they come out is how they come out. I think with “Not Without A Fight”, again, we’re at a different part of our lives, two-and-a-half years later, and two of our guys have gotten divorced, and going through different things. So, I think it definitely leaned to more of an angry record. More of a darker record, like “Catalyst”, and stuff was. Our lyrics are kind of dark, but, still melodic and still happy in the end, you know what I mean? I think with every record, you’re going to get something different. And, I think that’s what keeps our fans still wanting more is cause, like, we’re not putting out the same record over and over again. We’re putting out different things, and, it keeps people interested. And, it keeps our band relevant, you know?

If you had to pick one track from the new album that means the most to you, what would it be? Like, one that you had the most input on, or the guitar riff you like the most?
Well, I always think the first song we write is always the most important song for the record, and, it’s cool, too. With the last record, the first song we wrote was “Oxygen”, and that was the first song on the record. And, with this record, we wrote “Right Where We Left Off” first. So, like, I was really stoked on that song, because it comes right off the bat, like, you know, “This is New Found Glory. This is the way we’re setting the tone for the record.” So, I was really stoked on that song when it was finished, the first song on the record.

Now, what gave you guys the idea to go with the whole fighting theme? Like, the UFC championship belt, and everything?
Well, Chad, our other guitar played, is really into UFC, and, um, we were thinking about ideas for the video for “Listen to Your Friends” and, um… You can do a video where it’s serious and it goes along with the lyrics, but that stuff kind of gets boring after a while. So, we were kind of like, you know, having a pow-wow and ideas, and Chad was like “Hey, I have this idea of all of us being UFC fighters, and us being different kinds of fighters and fighting each other. And, maybe getting some real UFC people involved.” And, we actually got Bas Rutten and the referee dude who does all of the pay-per-view fights involved. So, it was rad.

Coming from another established band, from blink-182, do you think Mark Hoppus, as an artist first, brought something else to the table when he was producing the new album?
Yeah, I think that’s one of the reason we used him. Not only does he have you writing amazing songs, he’s also a good friend of ours, for one. And, two, like, we really didn’t have a label when we recorded this record. So, he kind of, like comped it for us. He’s like, “Yeah, you know I’ll record this record for you, and, when you get signed, you can pay me back.” So it was more like it was a bro deal for us to work with Mark. Not only did he hook us up, but he was, also, an awesome person to have in the studio, because, you know, he’s always a good time, you know. And, none of us, in our band, takes ourselves seriously, and neither does he. So I think it was a really good time recording this record.

You guys have switched labels around the last few records. “Coming Home” came out on a major, then the [Tip Of The Iceberg] EP came out on Bridge Nine, and now you’re on Epitaph. What, specifically, do you guys look for in a label when you’re looking to put out a new record?
Well, I mean, we know, coming from a major label, what not to do. I mean, we’ve been on a major label since, like 2001, and it was a struggle for us the whole time. Because, like, we’re real kids, whatever, we’re real people in bands, and we’re not pushovers, either. So, we never really did what the label told us to do. We would always kind of do what we wanted to do. So, for us, it was more of a natural thing. Like, “Hey, now that we’re out of our contract…” Because, there were points where we wanted to be on a different label, but we couldn’t, because we were under contract. And, when the label’s telling you they only really give a shit about hip-hop and rap more than rock, it’s kind of hard to be stoked to be on their label, you know? So, when we got off, we were like “Fuck yeah, now we can, you know, release “From The Screen To Your Stereo Part 2” on Drive-Thru, do the [Tip of the Iceberg/Takin’ It Ova!] split on Bridge Nine” who were our friends from Boston who do amazing vinyl things, and we still work with them now. They put out the “Not Without A Fight” vinyl. And, the reason why we went to Epitaph, I mean, right when we got off Geffen, Brett Gurewitz {Ed. – Epitaph Records founder} came and saw us at Bamboozle Left, and came up to us and was like “You know, I’m really interested in you guys. I’ve been following your band for a long time and us at Epitaph love you guys.” And, then, um, we played the CD release party at Safari Sands in L.A., and, like, all the people onstage were people that worked at Epitaph. So, we’re like “Dude, it’s not like these people go to work and wear suits everyday. These are, like, real music fans and, they’re gonna put as much heart and soul into our music just as much as we put into writing it, and, you know, doing it.”

When “Not Without A Fight” leaked, kind of early, I’m pretty sure it was Chad who wrote something about how he felt about it, but, what do you guys, as a band, think about the internet being a big part of the music industry now?
Well, you can’t really do anything about it, you kind of just have to let it happen. I think you try to keep it as long as you can, at least closer to the release date. That way, these kids can wait off a little bit to buy the record. Because, if kids stop buying records, it’s going to be hard for bands to be on labels and bands to write records. So, I think that real New Found Glory fans went out and bought the record the first week. And, I think, kids that maybe listened to New Found Glory before and they weren’t really sure if they wanted to buy the record, they would download it and think “Oh, this is awesome. Maybe I’ll go out and buy the record, go to the show or buy a t-shirt.” Anyway you can support the band, if you’re not going to buy their music, by going to a show and buying a t-shirt helps. For us, it’s like, you can’t really do anything about the downloading, it’s inevitable. Every band that comes out, their record leaks. And, you know, it sucks, but there’s nothing you can really do about it. People that like stuff will want to buy it, or they’ll buy the vinyl. I think that’s why the vinyl is having such a resurgence is because people are buying Mp3s and not really getting anything of substance, they’re not getting anything to take and put in their collections. It’s like, you lose your iPod, you lose the songs. That’s it, it’s gone. But, um, I think that’s why vinyl’s coming back, and, I think we’re gonna keep doing cool vinyl things.

When you guys record, what usually comes first: The music or the lyrics?
The music definitely comes first. Chad will write the main riff, then we’ll record it with drums, then I’ll take it back and write the lyrics and the melodies, then work on it with Jordan. We’ll all put our sense in. It’s like a factory, you know? [In] New Found Glory, we write the songs together, but I think, it all comes from one person, the different ideas and stuff.

As, literally, one of the best pop punk bands of all time, what do you guys think of this new crew of these dance pop-punk bands, with their flashy Day-Glo and everything. What do you guys think of that?
I don’t really listen to it. It’s not really something I’m going to pop into my CD player. It’s there. It’s mediocre, you know? Do you like it?

I don’t, but, I remember Jordan agreeing with something that Buddy Neilson from Senses Fail said about Brokencyde…
Haha. Those bands are horrible, I mean. But, the thing is, if you’re going to buy into it, then, that’s what your deal is. I’m not really gonna buy their CDs or go to their shows. So, I’m not really making them big. It’s your fault for supporting those bands, whoever is [reading] this.

What have you guys been listening to lately? Any bands you recommend?
I don’t know, I listen to a lot of weird stuff. I’m kind of jaded on music. I kind of listen to the weird indie rock. But, I know Chad just produced the new Fireworks record, which we’re all stoked on. It’s really cool. And, um, Bayside, Set Your Goals is coming out with a new record. So, this tour has been awesome.

You guys were in the U.K. a couple of years ago, and you had Gallows supporting you, kind of like a more punk band. Now, you’re actually on tour with Bayside, who’s more, like, maybe a little alternative, kind of not really the pop punk sound. Do you guys choose these different genre bands on purpose?
Yeah. We always like the show to be different, you know. We don’t want to try to take bands on tour that people are going to be bored and not want to see. So, I think one, we take bands on tour that we like. And, two, we like the show to be diverse. We like to take bands out that we know are going to put on a good live show. We kind of only really take our friends out, bands that we know we’re gonna have a good time with. Because, when you’re on the road for six weeks, you definitely want to be out on tour with people you like.

In an ideal world, where do you guys see yourselves in 5 years? Being around for this long, what do you guys want to do?
I don’t know. Keep putting out records. We’ve been around, like, almost 13 years now. It’s kind of crazy to think that I still feel young. We started this band when I was 15, so. I don’t know, I just hope we just keep on, you know, we’re on tour, and putting out records every two years and people are still coming to our shows. As long as people come, we’re going to keep writing music.

Epitaph label owner Brett Gurewitz calls New Found Glory "the greatest pop-punk band in history," which is quite a claim, but fans of the band from their first 1999 album Nothing Gold Can Stay to their brand-new release, realize Gurewitz just might be right. A rumor is floating around about a new ISHC album. Appearenly Chad said something about it. I still can't find his official statement, but if and when I do I will be sure to let everyone know about it. The rumor also says it will be a more serious album. Not sure exactly what that means. The title of New Found Glory’s latest album, Not Without a Fight, can seem self-explanatory at first glance, but the meaning goes a little deeper than one might imagine.

“New Found Glory’s been a band for 12 years. The biggest dilemmas in our lives are trying to keep relationships and all the times we pretty much fail at it,” explains guitarist Chad Gilbert. “So it’s sort of a metaphor for our personal war and the wars that you have in relationships with your loved ones.”

While the band’s last full-length album, 2006’s Coming Home, was brimming with youthful optimism, current situations dictated a different response this time around.

“When we wrote Coming Home, we were in love,” says Gilbert. “I was engaged. Jordan [Pundik, vocalist] was engaged. Everyone was psyched, but then everything went 360.”

Both Gilbert and Pundik went through divorces, and Gilbert found the best way to express these emotions was to revisit the fast-paced style of the band’s earlier days.

“We had all these crazy things happening that we’d never faced before in our lives, so that’s why this record came out energetic,” he explains. “It wasn’t like, ‘Let’s sit around and write sappy songs.’ It was like, ‘Let’s sit around and write some songs where we can get this shit off our chests.’”

Yet while fans are quick to compare it to the group’s breakthrough Self-Titled release, Gilbert remains more than a little hesitant.

“It’s funny because to me it does not sound like Self-Titled,” Gilbert admits. “It doesn’t sound like Sticks and Stones. It doesn’t sound like Catalyst. It might take people a few months to realize it, but definitely this record is its own entity.”

Another factor in the change of pace was that the songs from Coming Home, which were the most mellow of New Found Glory’s career, simply were not as fun to play live.

“We wanted to play songs that would translate better live,” Gilbert explains. “We’re like, ‘Alright, let’s write some songs that live we’re going to have a blast playing that we know our fans are going to have a blast singing along to.’”

Meanwhile, relationships aren’t the only metaphor Fight represents. After Coming Home was released, the band found itself without a record label for the first time in its career, but the fight was far from over.

“When you want something bad enough in life you have to fight for it,” Gilbert says. “That’s like with our band. We love being in this band, and we’ll do whatever it takes to continue.”

That included recording Not Without a Fight sans a label and with little to no money. Fortunately, the band has friends in high places, like Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus, who agreed to produce the disc at his home studio knowing the band was good for it. The pairing turned out to be a perfect fit.

“We definitely would joke around a lot in the studio. It was a blast,” Gilbert says. “Mark really helped us get back to the core of New Found Glory and the raw kind of energy.”

The group eventually found a new home in Epitaph Records, a place that genuinely cared about New found Glory and its music, and now it seems like the band’s story so far has come full circle.

“Every album New Found Glory’s released is different in its own way, and we’ll continue to keep people on their toes,” Gilbert explains. “When we write albums, whatever comes out, comes out. We’re always real, and I think that’s why we still have the fans we do.”

If that isn’t something worth fighting for, then what is?

Only 5 days to the official release of the new album. I am pumped. I know alot of people feel like an album leaking ruins the fun. I have to disagree. I was super excited when the album leaked, and even more excited about the offical release day. I can't wait to get all my vinyls and my cd. I love being able to look at them and place them on the self next to all the over LPs I have. I really can't wait. I have been checking my mail twice every day hoping that the stuff will come early.

Behind Closed Doors: New Found Glory's Chad Breaks Up With Girls Through Text
When New Found Glory's lead guitarist Chad Gilbert is not out on tour you just might spot him at the movies, on a hike or lounging in the bathtub. Even though Chad is currently taken, ladies take note that Chad will not judge a girl on their booty, but he likes butts and he will not lie.

Buzznet: Do you have a morning bathroom routine? If so what does it entail from when you get out of bed until you are dressed for the day?

Chad: I kind of have a routine. I usually get up around 8 am and go hiking with my upstairs neighbor Toby from H20. When I get back I then take a bath. The hike is a crazy workout on my legs so I’m too lazy to stand up in the shower. I just sit and chill.

Buzznet:Who was your first kiss? Details ... How old were you? Where were you?

Chad: My first make out kiss was when I was in the 5th grade. I lived in an apartment complex called eagles nest. All the kids in the apartment complex were so bored all the time it just seemed like everyone would just cause trouble or hook up. I was hanging out in one of the apartments with friends and this developed 8th grade girl thought it was cute I never made out with anyone so she pushed me on the couch and got on top of me and made out with me. She took her top off to. ha-ha! I was psyched ha-ha. She wanted to teach me how to kiss.

Buzznet: What do you have hanging on your walls in your bedroom? Posters? Artwork?

Chad: I have a painting of Bjork. I have a few framed posters such as The Outsiders, Taxi Driver, and Coal Miners' Daughter. I also have a big collage kind of thing with pictures of all my friends that my girlfriend made me for Christmas.

Buzznet: Do you have any fetishes? Any pet peeves?

Chad: I hate it when people chew with their mouths open. If I can hear people smacking their lips and chomping while eating i tend to rage inside. It grosses me out.

Buzznet: What is the first quality you look for in the opposite sex?

Chad: I like a combo of things. I look at the way a girl eyes squint and shine when she smiles. I’m definitely a booty guy as well but that’s not a quality I first look for, more like an added bonus!

Buzznet: What do you wear to sleep at night?

Chad: I only wear boxer briefs to sleep.

Buzznet: Do you have a nickname?

Chad: I have had tons of nicknames but the most popular is “Chadball”. Madball are friends of mine and my favorite hardcore band so I was given the name.

Buzznet: What was your first job? What was your worst job?

Chad: My first job was at a movie theater. I loved it. I worked there for about 2 and half years. I did everything from tearing tickets to ushering to the concession stand to even popping popcorn upstairs. I would always sneak in tons of friends and sneak free food and drinks. Free movies on off days were rad as well. It did have a few downsides. Popcorn puke did suck to mop up and for some reason when people had diarrhea they couldn't aim right and make it in the bowl. I would gag!

Buzznet: What song do you know every word to, but are totally embarrassed that you know so well?

Chad: 'Man I Feel Like A Woman' by Shania Twain. The melody rules!

Buzznet: What text message or voice mail do you regret sending to someone so much that you will never forget doing it?

Chad: I once was breaking up with a girl and she fully didn't know yet. I was texting a friend about it and I somehow sent the text to the girl. Whoops.

Buzznet: Which era do you most wish you lived in and why?

Chad: I like the style of people back in the rag-time era. It was from 1897 to 1918. It was the first American musical genre.

Buzznet: Do you have any scars? If so what happened? If not name one imperfection on your body?

Chad: I have a chicken pock scar on my right temple. When I was in elementary school I would try to impress the girls and tell them that I got shot by a b-b gun shot me.

Buzznet: If we gave you sourdough bread and you could put anything on your sandwich what would it be?

Chad: Cheese its, peanut M&M’s, turkey, popcorn, French onion dip, lays chips and a garden burger patty.

Buzznet: When you hear the word “oatmeal” what is the very first thing that comes to your mind?

Chad: Breakfast.

News has been slow. The Not Without A Fight vinyl should be up for presale soon I would think. Nothing new as far as the webisodes are concerned. No really concrete date on the release of the Listen to Your Friends music video.
